“Daniel Garodnick, a litigator involved in the lawsuit to try to secure New York’s fair share of state funds for education, has deep roots in the district, where he grew up in middle-class housing. He has a grasp of a range of issues and ideas about improving the operations of the Council. Daniel Garodnick wins our endorsement.”
